Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a New Business Sales Person located in KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa. The primary responsibilities include identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and preparing tailored proposals to meet customer needs. The role also involves collaborating with the management team to implement sales strategies and achieving revenue targets through effective negotiation and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in New Business Development and Sales
  • Strong Communication skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Experience in Business and Management Consulting
  • Proficiency in strategic planning and negotiation
  • Strong problem-solving ability and a results-oriented mindset
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced and competitive environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
  • Experience in the waste management or environmental services industry is an advantage
