What You'll Do:

• Lead & mentor the global partner management team

• Manage key partner relationships & escalations

• Drive commercial negotiations & rate card management

• Ensure compliance & risk mitigation

• Analyze performance data & report to leadership

• Optimize processes & documentation

Requirements

What You Need:

• 5+ years partner management experience (2+ years leadership)

• Strong Excel skills & commercial acumen

• Global multi-partner environment experience

• Excellent communication & relationship management
