Key Responsibilities:

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in human resources or an equivalent qualification, coupled with substantial generalist HR experience within a manufacturing or heavy industrial setting
- Comprehensive understanding of South African labour legislation - including the Labour Relations Act, Employment Equity Act, and Skills Development Act - and a proven track record of applying these effectively in operational environments
- Demonstrated expertise in managing union relationships and navigating complex employee relations within unionised workplaces.
- Proficiency in multiple African languages, enabling effective communication and stakeholder engagement across diverse regions.
- Experience supporting HR operations across African countries such as Ghana, Zambia, DRC, and Aldelia contracts with an understanding of regional labour dynamics and cross-border HR practices.
