dynamic, target-driven Insurance Sales Agents
.

What You'll Do

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients and sell life insurance products that meet their needs.
  • Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain compliance with FAIS Fit & Proper standards and internal quality processes.
  • Build strong relationships with clients for long-term retention and referrals.
  • Stay informed on product updates, regulations, and market trends.

What You'll Need

  • Matric (Grade 12)
    – essential.
  • Minimum
    1 year of outbound call centre experience
    selling long-term insurance.
  • Must have worked in an
    insurance sales agent role within the past 6 months
    .
  • Clear
    criminal and credit record
    .
  • Fluent in
    English
    and at least one other South African official language.
  • Confident communicator, goal-oriented, and eager to learn.
