Full-Time Retail, Distribution & Coffee Shop Support Role

Nature's Relief is a proudly South African health and wellness company focused on natural, organic, and plant-based healing. With our growing retail presence, our expanding distribution network, and our in-house wellness coffee shop, Rejuve, we are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our dynamic team at our Umhlanga Rocks – Chartwell Centre branch.

About the Role

This is a full-time, multi-functional position offering exposure to several exciting areas of our business. The successful candidate will assist with:

Retail Support

  • Day-to-day store operations
  • Customer engagement and service
  • Stock management & merchandising
  • Follow-up calls
  • Booking and receiving of orders
  • Processing website orders

Distribution Account Management

  • Assisting sales reps with orders and customer queries
  • Processing stock orders accurately and timeously
  • Coordinating with the distribution team

Rejuve Coffee Shop Assistance

  • Daily cash-up review
  • Stock takes & ordering
  • Stock shrinkages and shortages
  • General operational support

  • Enthusiastic about health, wellness, and natural lifestyles
  • A strong communicator with a friendly, professional attitude
  • Able to work well in a team environment

Skills & Experience (Preferred)

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (MS Suite) –
    essential
  • Previous experience in retail, distribution, or customer-facing roles –
    advantageous
  • Familiarity or interest in medicinal mushrooms, cannabis-based wellness, and organic/natural products –
    highly advantageous
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable handling stock takes, cash-ups, and operational tasks

Location

This role is based full-time, on-site at our Umhlanga Rocks – Chartwell Centre branch.
