Purpose of the Role
The Reception Administrator is responsible for delivering a professional, welcoming, and efficient front-office service while providing administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of
Red Fox Create
. The role acts as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, manages reception duties, and assists with various clerical and administrative tasks.
Qualifications and Experience Qualifications and Experience
· Grade 12 / Matric (minimum requirement).
· Certificate or diploma in Office Administration (advantageous).
· years' experience in a reception or administrative role.
· Computer literacy: MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) essential.
· Experience in a customer-facing environment preferred.

Key Role Deliverables
Front Desk & Customer Service
· Welcome and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
· Manage visitor sign-in procedures and issue access cards when applicable.
· Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls promptly and courteously.
· Handle general enquiries and provide accurate information to customers, clients, and staff.
· Maintain a clean, organised, and presentable reception area.
Administrative Support
· Perform general office duties including filing, scanning, photocopying, and data entry.
· Assist with the preparation of documents, correspondence, and reports.
· Manage incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
· Monitor and order office stationery and consumables.
· Assist HR or Management with logistical arrangements for meetings, inductions, or interviews.
· Manage travel arrangements for the Senior Leadership Team
Meeting & Office Co-ordination
· Book and prepare meeting rooms (cleanliness, setup, refreshments when required).
· Maintain office noticeboards and update internal communication channels.
· Support staff with administrative queries and workflows.
Record Keeping & Compliance
· Maintain accurate visitor logs and reception records.
· Ensure company confidentiality and data protection procedures are followed.
· Support in maintaining basic compliance documentation if required (e.g., attendance registers, delivery logs).
Salary
