Join Bo-Vine, a prestigious grill house located in the heart of Camps Bay, where luxury dining meets the breathtaking beauty of the Cape coastline. Known for our exceptional cuts of meat, fine wine, and impeccable service, Bo-Vine offers guests an unparalleled dining experience. We are now seeking a warm, professional, and charismatic individual to join our front-of-house team as a Host.

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and greet guests with a warm, friendly, and professional demeanor.
  • Manage reservations and seating arrangements to ensure optimal flow of service.
  • Assist in coordinating the dining experience to meet our high standards of guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain a welcoming atmosphere in the waiting area.
  • Answer phone calls and manage reservation inquiries.
  • Communicate effectively with other front-of-house to ensure smooth service.
  • Uphold our reputation by providing outstanding customer service.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a host or front-of-house role (experience in a fine dining or upscale restaurant is an advantage).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A polished, professional appearance and a welcoming attitude.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
