About the Role:

We are looking for an Artworker to join BTG+, working on one of our key healthcare accounts as we set up an in-house studio.

In a highly competitive and saturated marketplace creating visually stunning, impactful and effective creative work is essential. Working closely with the team and the client, you will be providing artwork services. You will take artwork briefs from the client and therefore the role demands a consistent and accurate approach to layout and design to fulfil the brief within agreed timescales. You will support the client in producing assets supporting the brand mission, engage their target audience and bring to life their ideas and ambitions. We are looking for someone who can join our team to work both solo and collaboratively on projects ranging from individual corporate communications, campaigns and internal presentations. What You'll be Doing:

  • Produce high quality artwork in line with a given brief and industry standards for digital formats
  • Undertake artwork to the client's brief and exacting standards.
  • Develop an effective working relationship with colleagues and clients while providing excellent customer service.
  • Be a brand guardian for the client, ensuring the guidelines are respected across all assets being produced by the Studio.
  • Proactively monitor artwork quality, accuracy, and consistency.
  • Take direction and feedback well, and act on them timeously.
  • Look for ways to technically improve existing creative.
  • Take responsibility for continued professional development.
  • Work proactively under your own initiative and as part of the design team.
  • Effectively manage workloads within agreed timescales and take responsibility for time management
  • Complete timesheets.

What You'll Need:

  • Ability to work accurately and provide consistent artwork quality.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to adhere to brand guidelines.
  • Experience in creation of a wide range of artwork collateral, such as print & digital adaptations, re-touching, image manipulation, packaging and POS materials.
  • Excellent customer service, teamwork, and time management skills.
  • You must be confident in taking and investigating briefs, raising concerns, and presenting work.
  • Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills – principally InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
  • Knowledge of cutter guides is required.
  • e-mailers, banners, and digital experience.
  • POS and print knowledge.
  • Excellent art-working skills across integrated media and experience in management of artwork collateral
  • The ability to take, interpret and deliver creative artwork and presentation projects
  • Relevant degree or diploma.
  • An excellent portfolio of varied artworking examples.
  • A great team player with a client centric focus and the ability to build strong and effective working relationships
  • A keen eye for consistency across multiple jobs.
