We are therefore looking for a Senior Weight Graphic Designer. Must have 8+ years experience and a strong portfolio showcasing work across numerous industries and a variety of deliverables to showcase their capabilities and adaptability. RESPONSIBILITIES A Senior Graphic Designer is an important contact point in our agency, so they can expect to be: conceptually and craft‑led with a desire to transform brands by creating beautiful, well‑executed, and human‑centred design and experiences. Lead and oversee the creation of visual concepts for various projects, ensuring they align with brand identity. Design and produce high‑quality graphics for both digital and print channels. Manage a project from concept to completion, while adhering to deadlines. Provide leadership and mentorship to junior designers when needed, reviewing their work and guiding them to meet project goals. Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and brand management, as well as with clients, to understand and meet project requirements. Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders. Ensure all final deliverables meet technical and quality standards, including understanding file preparation for print and digital output. SKILLS Excellent understanding of design concept (concept first design later) and visual design principles, typography, and colour theory. Expertise in layout design and artworking. Design according to a brand’s CI and ensuring continuity across all new assets created. Ability to create scalable assets and brand guidelines. Exceptional creativity and problem‑solving abilities. Strong communication skills with ability to provide rationales for creative choices made. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strong project management and time‑management skills. Attention to detail and ability to maintain high‑quality standards. Ability to work independently or as part of a team. Be aware of current design trends, locally and abroad. A strong understanding of processes, ability to work under pressure & meet tight deadlines, take initiative. WHAT YOU'LL DO EVERYDAY Generate ideas and sell them into clients and other members of the team. Mock up creative ideas. Design across multiple channels. Consistently produce creative elements against a deliverables list. Brainstorms & conceptualisation. Lead the craft & design of an idea. Compile presentations for clients.
