Job Title: Personal Driver

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
  • Saturday: Off
  • Sunday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Please note, preference will be given to female applicants.

Leave:

  • 15 days leave over the December period

Key Requirements:

  • Must own a mobile phone with data
  • Valid driver's license
  • Reliable transport to commute to work premises
  • Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule based on family and business needs
  • Must be open to assisting with various domestic and household-related tasks as needed
  • A probation period of 1 month to assess suitability for the role

Core Responsibilities:

  1. Family and Business Travel:

  2. Use of employer's vehicle for family and business trips

  3. Drive children to and from school, as well as after-school activities

  4. Provide transportation for family members upon request (e.g., fetching items, running errands)

  5. Domestic Assistance and Staff Support:

  6. Assist and/or manage domestic staff to ensure duties are carried out efficiently and effectively

  7. Help with operating household electrical equipment (e.g., washing machines, dryers, vacuum cleaners)
  8. Report any faults or issues within the household (e.g., malfunctioning equipment or maintenance concerns)

  9. Support with other general household tasks as requested, including deliveries, shopping, or any other family-related needs

  10. Daily Operations:

  11. o Assist with loading/unloading luggage, packages, and other items as needed

  12. o Maintain cleanliness of all vehicles (cleaning and washing)
  13. o Report any maintenance or issues with vehicles promptly

  14. o Plan routes to ensure efficient and timely travel

  15. Safety and Compliance:

  16. Ensure safe and punctual transportation at all times

  17. Adhere to traffic laws and regulations
  18. Monitor vehicle tracking and dashcam systems to ensure safety standards
