Our client is a leading manufacturer of Engineered products that are use by Blue Chip companies around the world. Due to a combination of succession planning and the implementation of a bold growth strategy, they would now like to appoint a National Sales Director for South.

The Role


• Lead the development and implementation of strategic plans to achieve business objectives in the South African market.


• Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities to drive revenue growth.


• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition.


• Manage and mentor a high-performing team, ensuring alignment with company goals.


• Develop and maintain strong relationships with major clients, partners, and industry stakeholders

The Person


• Will ideally hold a Degree in Engineering or a comparable qualification.


• Will have a proven track record in driving business growth and market expansion.


• Will have a solid understanding of the South African market landscape.


• Ability to build and maintain high-level relationships with key stakeholders.
