    To accelerate graduate development by immersing them in sales and customer relationship activities aligned with the Sales Rep role.

  • Core Responsibility

    Shadowing Sales Reps, Territory exposure, Promotions support, Customer account learning, Sales reporting and CRM usage

  • Required Qualification

    Bachelor's degree (Sales, Marketing, Business or similar)

  • Preferred Competencies

    Passion for sales, Resilience, Communication, Planning, Analytical mindset
