Role: Senior GenAI Motion Designer

Location: Remote until further notice

About the role:

We are looking for a brilliant GenAI Senior Motion Designer to work with marketing teams across the regional European team as well as local markets such as Germany, Benelux, France, Poland and Italy. This role represents an exciting opportunity to shape the future of creative production, combining the craft of traditional motion design with the innovation of Gen AI technology.

You will be passionate about food, cooking world and latest food trends. You will be experienced in creating stunning and mouth-watering visual worlds and experiences, from concept to design, and execution of high-quality motion graphics and animations. You will work closely creatives, GenAI designers and market social teams to tell engaging food stories across social, e-commerce and retail channels.

What you will be doing:

Creative Development:

• Experience in delivering creative campaigns across different social channels
• Create and develop motion graphics and video content for creative campaigns and motion templates
• Transform complex creative briefs into motion assets that capture the essence of food, cooking and dining across multiple platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure beautiful visual storytelling of food narratives.
• Mentor other team members, fostering high-quality creativity and adherence to food brand standards.
• Stay ahead of motion design trends in the food industry and recommend innovative creative approaches.

What you need to be great in this role:

• Advanced proficiency with After Effects for motion graphics and animation.
• Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro.
• Experience with 3D software (e.g., Cinema 4D, Blender, Maya).
• Knowledge of video editing, colour grading, and sound integration.
• Familiarity with rendering processes and file optimization for digital platforms.

• Ability to storyboard, animate, and create compelling visual narratives.

• Understanding of current motion design trends and visual storytelling techniques.

• Experience integrating AI tools or assets into motion workflows.
• Advanced AI prompting techniques
