We are on the hunt for a
Motion Graphic Designer
to join our client's team.

What you will be doing:

We're seeking a talented Motion Graphics Designer to join our creative team. In this role, you'll transform complex ideas into compelling visual stories through animation and design, working across diverse projects that drive engagement and bring our brand to life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with creative directors, product managers, and marketing teams to develop and execute motion graphics that captivate audiences and communicate complex concepts with clarity and creativity.
• Design and animate 2D graphics (and occasional 3D elements) including explainer videos, product demonstrations, character animations, and dynamic titles—all while maintaining the highest visual standards and brand consistency.
• Manage projects end-to-end, from initial storyboarding and concept development through animation, sound design, and final delivery. You'll ensure every project meets deadlines and technical specifications without compromising quality.
• Contribute to and maintain our growing collection of motion graphics templates and visual assets, helping to establish efficient workflows and design systems.

What You Bring

Essential Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional motion graphics experience with a portfolio that demonstrates your range, creativity and technical expertise.
• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Photoshop.
• Deep understanding of animation principles—you know the 12 principles inside and out and apply them to create motion that feels natural and engaging.
• Technical knowledge of codecs, file formats and optimisation best practices across digital platforms (web, mobile, social media).
• Strong visual design foundation with exceptional skills in typography, color theory, visual hierarchy and composition.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to receive feedback gracefully, implement changes effectively and advocate for your design decisions with clear reasoning.
• Excellent time management—you thrive managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting tight deadlines in fast-paced environments.

Nice to Have

• Experience with sound design, mixing, and audio editing.
• Knowledge of After Effects expressions (JavaScript) or other scripting for animation automation.
• Proficiency in 3D software such as Cinema 4D, Blender or Maya.
• Illustration and character design skills for creating custom visual elements.
