The Role

We're looking for a Designer who can think in motion, draw in dimension, and design for interaction. Someone who can create characters, environments, and UI elements for games, microsites, and digital experiences that go beyond the expected.

You'll work with developers, creative strategists, and account leads to bring each concept to life visually, ensuring every detail looks as good as it feels to play or experience.

This isn't a static design role. It's about building the future of branded entertainment, one pixel-perfect idea at a time.

What You'll Do

• Design characters, game environments, and interface elements for interactive microsites and digital experiences.
• Build visual systems and component libraries that allow developers to bring your designs to life across platforms.Collaborate with the creative and dev teams to ensure consistency between design intent and final execution.
• Develop UI/UX flows that feel intuitive, beautiful, and brand-aligned.
• Create animation-ready assets for developers using tools like Figma, After Effects, or Blender.
• Contribute to concept ideation sessions and early-stage prototypes.
• Translate creative briefs into distinctive visual identities for each campaign or product experience.
• Stay on top of design, motion, and digital art trends to keep Egg's output fresh, bold, and disruptive.

Requirements

• 2–4 years' experience in digital, interactive, or motion design.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and designing for interactivity.
• Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Blender, or similar.
• Comfort collaborating with developers and understanding how your assets translate to live builds.
• Experience designing for microsites, games, or AR/interactive projects a strong plus.
• Strong storytelling instincts, you can make a visual moment feel emotional and memorable.
• Attention to detail and curiosity about what makes people engage with digital experiences.
• A portfolio that shows creativity, craft, and experimentation.
