The Role

We're looking for an Account Manager based in Johannesburg to drive our Custom Solutions portfolio. You'll manage key brand and agency relationships, lead the creation of breakthrough digital experiences, and help shape how technology and creativity merge to solve real business challenges.

This isn't a role for someone who wants "steady." It's for someone who gets energy from experimentation, pitches with conviction, and knows how to pull teams together to create award-winning, industry-defining work.

What You'll Do

• Grow and manage relationships with agencies and brand clients in the South African market.
• Translate brand objectives into bespoke Egg Studios concepts that push creative and technical boundaries.
• Partner with internal creative, production, and dev teams to deliver work that wins both hearts and results.
• Identify opportunities for innovation using microsites, gamification, AR/VAR, gesture tracking, and other experimental formats.
• Manage campaign scoping, proposals, approvals, and delivery timelines.
• Report on project performance, learnings, and opportunities for further innovation.
• Stay on top of global interactive trends, always looking for ways to bring first-to-market ideas to life.
• Contribute to internal ideation, workshops, and brainstorms that shape Egg Studios' pipeline of new solutions.

Requirements

• 3+ years' experience in digital account management or creative technology.
• A solid grasp of digital marketing, interactive media, and brand communication.
• Proven experience working with agencies or brands on digital or experiential campaigns.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling client proposals.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and storytelling skills.
• Entrepreneurial drive and a love of solving problems that don't have templates.
• Excellent CRM hygiene and project management discipline.
• Agility mindset - being able to adapt quick when necessary
