Now, we're we are backwards integrating into edible production, and we're looking for a Food Technologist to lead the charge. If you've got the science, creativity, and precision to turn ideas into irresistible infused products, we want to meet you.

Your Role

You'll take ownership of developing, testing, and producing our range of infused edibles and snacks from gummies and brownies to beverages and wellness products. You'll blend food science with cannabis innovation, ensuring every product that leaves our kitchen is consistent, compliant, and delicious.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and refine recipes for infused products (gummies, chocolates, beverages, etc.).
  • Formulate CBD/THC blends with accurate dosage and great flavour.
  • Set up and standardise production processes for batch manufacturing.
  • Oversee quality control, food safety, and compliance (HACCP, GMP, SAHPRA guidelines).
  • Work with our creative team to test new ideas and flavour profiles.
  • Manage product stability, packaging, and shelf-life testing.
  • Collaborate with supply chain and store teams to scale production across all locations.

What You Bring

  • Degree/Diploma in Food Science, Food Technology, or Biotechnology.
  • 3+ years' experience in food product development or edible manufacturing.
  • Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and food safety regulations.
  • Passion for innovation — bonus if you've worked with infused or wellness products.
  • Strong attention to detail, process-driven, and comfortable leading a small production team.
