With a commitment to innovation and excellence, we continue to expand our presence in the region. Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and results‑driven Food Technologist to join our team. Key Responsibilities: Research & Development (R&D): Innovate and develop new food products while improving existing ones. Conduct trials to optimize recipes, production processes, and product shelf life. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive product innovation. Production: Oversee production processes to ensure efficiency and compliance with quality standards. Identify and troubleshoot production challenges while implementing effective solutions. Quality Control (QC): Monitor and maintain product quality across all stages of production. Ensure adherence to food safety regulations and certifications (e.g., HACCP, ISO, FSSC). Perform audits, inspections, and reviews to maintain and improve quality systems. Raw Material Sourcing: Evaluate and source high‑quality raw materials at optimal costs. Build and sustain reliable supplier relationships for consistent supply. Assess sustainability and compliance in raw material procurement. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's (BS) or Master's (MS) degree in Food Science & Technology or a related field. Experience: A minimum of 10 years of experience in R&D, Production, QC, and Raw Material Sourcing within the food industry. Special expertise in Bakery, Frozen / Processed Foods, Confectionery, and Dairy categories. Hands‑on knowledge of implementing and managing food safety systems (HACCP, FSSC, ISO). Skills: Exceptional analytical and problem‑solving abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for team collaboration and supplier engagement. Proficiency in laboratory setup, equipment handling, and production machinery operations. Ability to multitask and perform in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
