Facilities Manager
to lead hotel building managers and engineering teams across the Sun City Resort. This role ensures fast, professional responses to guest and hotel management requests, while maintaining high standards of service, compliance, and asset care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor hotel building managers and response teams
  • Oversee maintenance planning and SLA compliance
  • Manage subcontractors and ensure quality delivery
  • Support project management and stakeholder communication
  • Build strong relationships with hotel managers and guests

Requirements:

  • Grade 12 + Facilities Management qualification
  • 5+ years' experience in facilities management
  • Strong knowledge of OHSA, SANS 10400, and hospitality operations
  • Excellent leadership, planning, and communication skills
