Working hours: 8am-1pm Monday to Friday

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bookkeeping / Accounting Certificate or Diploma
  • 3–5 years' bookkeeping experience
  • Pastel Accounting and Excel proficiency
  • Online Banking and SARS eFiling experience (Very important)
  • Knowledge of VAT, EMP201, project costing, month-end procedures
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management
  • Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reconcile bank and petty cash accounts.
  • Prepare VAT reconciliations and submit via SARS.
  • Process payroll journals and EMP201 returns.
  • Prepare month-end journals and reports.
  • Maintain asset register and project allocations.
  • Support weekly cashflow discussions with management.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temp to perm

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: R10 000,00 - R12 000,00 per month

Expected hours: 25 per week
