Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a social media strategy that supports overall business goals.
  • Create and publish engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X platforms.
  • Plan and manage monthly content calendars.
  • Manage paid social campaigns, including audience targeting and budget management.
  • Engage with customers online and manage inbox queries in line with Bluu's service standards.
  • Track performance metrics and compile monthly reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Stay updated on social media trends relevant to travel, mobility, and lifestyle.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Team to align social media with broader advertising campaigns.
  • Work closely with the Design & Content Team to create impactful content to highlight our fleet, products, services, and customer experiences.

Minimum requirements

  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Proven experience managing social media for a service or consumer brand.
  • Strong writing and storytelling ability.
  • Confident using major social platforms and management tools (eg, Meta Business Suite).
  • Understanding of paid social advertising, tracking, and optimization.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Desired Experience & Qualifications

  • Experience in Travel, Automotive, Mobility, or Hospitality industries.
  • Creative eye for content design and familiarity with tools like Adobe Suite.
  • Video editing or motion graphics experience for short-form content (Reels/TikTok).
  • Degree or certification in Digital Marketing or Social Media Advertising.
