What You’ll Do Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) to grow reach and engagement. Plan, create, and schedule engaging content (graphics, videos, captions, and stories) aligned with brand voice and campaign goals. Monitor performance metrics and optimize campaigns based on insights. Stay up-to-date on trends, competitor activity, and platform updates to keep our content fresh and relevant. Collaborate with the marketing team on integrated campaigns, paid ads, and influencer partnerships. Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and fostering meaningful interactions. Support email and digital marketing initiatives with social-first content ideas. What We’re Looking For At least 1 year of experience managing social media accounts for a brand or agency. Strong copywriting and content creation skills with an eye for visual storytelling. Solid understanding of social media analytics and reporting. Familiarity with paid ads, influencer outreach, or SEO is a plus. Highly organized, creative, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment. Technical Requirements Stable DSL, Cable, or Fiber internet connection (minimum 15 mbps for both download and upload speed). Personal PC or laptop with a minimum i5 processor.
