How you'll role

As a Communication and PR Specialist, you'll develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies across both consumer and corporate channels. You will be at the forefront of managing external messaging, building valuable media relationships, and enhancing the digital presence to foster brand visibility and engagement.

What you'll do

  • Manage external communications and public relations activity
  • Draft and distribute press releases, articles, and key communications materials
  • Prepare messaging and briefing documents for external spokespersons
  • Implement crisis communication protocols as required
  • Track media exposure, measure campaign outcomes, and report on brand sentiment
  • Develop relationships with media outlets, journalists, influencers, and PR agencies
  • Collaborate with internal teams on cross-departmental communications and content
  • Coordinate and support events, sponsorship communication, and media training
  • Deliver regular campaign result reports and insights to senior management

What you'll need

  • 4–6 years' relevant experience in Public Relations, Communications, or a related field
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or equivalent
  • Strong understanding of digital media, marketing, and content creation
  • Effective organizational and project coordination abilities
  • Experience in media-sensitive environments or with PR agencies preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive, creative, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a high-paced setting
  • Established network in the media industry is considered an advantage
