Role Overview

We are seeking a technically competent and hands-on IT & Infrastructure Technician to manage, maintain and implement the company's IT and security systems across multiple sites. This role combines IT support with infrastructure work — including cabling, camera installations, biometric access systems, and network setup.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain network cabling, routers, switches, and Wi-Fi systems.
• Install and maintain CCTV, access control, and biometric systems.
• Perform desktop and server support (Windows environments).
• Troubleshoot and repair hardware, networking, and connectivity issues.
• Manage IT assets and perform system upgrades.
• Support IT projects, including site rollouts and new installations.
• Liaise with external service providers and contractors to ensure uptime and efficiency.
• Ensure all work meets safety and security standards.

Required Skills & Experience

• Relevant qualification in Information Technology, Networking, or related field.
• 3–5 years' practical experience in IT support, installations, or infrastructure roles.
• Proven experience in CCTV, cabling, and access control systems.
• Strong understanding of network setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to work independently and manage projects from planning to completion.
• Driver's license and own vehicle.
