Liaison Manager
to join our team and drive seamless communication and service delivery.

About the Role:

The Liaison Manager will serve as the primary point of contact between JNS Cloud Solutions, our technical team, and key stakeholders for a major Microsoft 365 implementation and support project. This role is critical for ensuring smooth communication, efficient service desk operations, and successful delivery of services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main liaison between JNS Cloud Solutions and project stakeholders.
  • Oversee all service desk and support requests.
  • Manage call-logging processes and escalation procedures.
  • Ensure timely resolution of technical issues and adherence to SLA timelines.
  • Coordinate communication workflows and maintain accurate documentation.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in ICT project management or liaison roles.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 licensing and related technologies.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage escalation processes and service desk operations.
  • Relevant qualifications and certifications (Microsoft or ICT-related).
