Your mission, roles and responsibilities

Job title: YES PC&L Graduate X3
Location: Pretoria
Reporting to: PC&L Manager
Contract: Fixed-term (12 months)
Closing Date: November 2025

Main purpose of the role:

The PC&L Graduate is responsible for performing one or more of the following duties: receiving or sending goods at the warehouse, ensuring that the luggage is properly or securely packed, ensuring that all the luggage in appropriate numbers is dispatched or received, learning how senior technicians handle the tasks, applying the theoretical knowledge in the area, preparing logistics report in the area, checking the reports made by others, coordinating with other departments, coordinating with drivers and workers, and performing other tasks assigned by the supervisor. A logistics graduate typically reports to a logistics manager. 

The main missions of the role are to: 

  • Administration for up to release reports
  • Night letters to customers
  • Warehouse and transport optimisation
  • General admin for parts identification
  • Release analysis
  • General mentorship programme to incl – Materials planning, production planning, warehouse management and supervision, logistics management overview
Your profile and competencies to succeed

Qualifications and Experience

  • Diploma/ Btech/ Honours/ Masters(advantageous) in Logistics or any related qualification from an accredited institution.
  • Willing to work flexible hours
  • Problem solving capabilities necessary to accomplish the duties and tasks of the position
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent organisational and planning skills
  • Ability to effectively learn and acquire new knowledge and skills.
  • Ability to share knowledge and work in a strong team oriented environment.
  • MS Office
  • Ability to speak, write and read the English language.
