As a Driver, you will be responsible for the efficient management, control, distribution, and delivery of store inventory and parts, as well as the coordination and oversight of company fleet assets. Your role ensures smooth logistics operations while upholding compliance with our Quality Management System and Health & Safety Standards.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING (KEY RESPONSIBILITIES)

As our IT Support Administrator, you will:

  1. Collection and Delivery of Supplies
  • Collect and deliver stock, equipment, and materials as per operational requirements.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of deliveries and collections.
  • Assist in loading and unloading supplies safely.
  1. Vehicle Maintenance & Compliance
  • Conduct regular vehicle checks and ensure timely servicing.
  • Maintain valid vehicle licenses and report any compliance issues.
  • Ensure vehicles meet company branding and safety standards.
  1. Stock & Inventory Management
  • Verify and record stock received and distributed.
  • Report any discrepancies in inventory or damaged goods.
  • Ensure proper storage and handling of materials.
  1. Tools & Equipment Management
  • Issue, track, and maintain tools and equipment.
  • Report and arrange for repair or replacement of faulty tools.
  • Ensure calibration and safety compliance of equipment.
  1. Health & Safety Compliance
  • Follow company health and safety protocols at all times.
  • Maintain a clean and hazard-free work environment.
  • Conduct risk assessments before executing tasks.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Experience:

  • 5 – 7 years of professional driving experience.
  • 3 years of administrative or stock control experience.
  • Familiarity with Cape Town routes and logistics operations.

Qualifications:

  • Grade 12 / Matric (Mandatory)
  • Valid Driver's Licence (compulsory) older than 2 years
