With a strong presence in the local and international markets, Latifia Dairies is now expanding its export network across the African continent.

Position Overview

Latifia Dairies is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Manager for Africa to lead its export expansion for cheese products. The primary responsibility of this role is to identify, evaluate, and establish strong distribution partners across all key African countries to grow the company's presence and sales in the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to expand cheese exports across African markets.
  • Identify, evaluate, and appoint strong and reliable distributors in each country of the African region.
  • Conduct thorough market research to understand local dairy demand, pricing structures, and competitive landscape.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with distributors, importers, and key retail clients.
  • Ensure compliance with local import regulations, certifications, and quality standards.
  • Negotiate trade terms, pricing, and promotional strategies with distribution partners.
  • Collaborate closely with the export and logistics teams in Pakistan to ensure smooth order execution and supply chain efficiency.
  • Monitor distributor performance, sales targets, and market growth opportunities.
  • Represent the company at regional trade fairs, exhibitions, and business forums to promote Latifia cheese products.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Food Technology, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in international sales or export management, preferably in the dairy, cheese, or FMCG sector.
  • Proven experience in developing markets and establishing distribution networks in Africa.
  • Strong understanding of African trade dynamics and import/export regulations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to travel extensively across the African region.
