Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Germiston. The Sales Manager will oversee and lead a sales team, set and achieve sales targets, develop and execute sales strategies, and build strong relationships with clients to foster business growth. Additional responsibilities include monitoring market trends, preparing sales reports, contributing to marketing initiatives, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service and efficient communication.

  • Proven skills in Sales, Business Development, and Account Management
  • Strong Leadership and Team Management abilities
  • Proficiency in Client Relationship Management and Customer Service
  • Experience with Marketing and Strategic Planning to achieve sales objectives
  • Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
  • Ability to analyse market trends and adapt strategies accordingly
  • Proficiency with relevant CRM and office software tools
  • Ideally a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Experience in the office supplies or business/corporate supply sector is a plus
