Role Description

This is a full-time position for an Outside Sales Representative located on-site in Germiston. The role includes managing sales presentations, building and maintaining relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service, identifying and developing new business opportunities, and ensuring effective communication with key stakeholders. The representative will play a critical role in driving business growth and promoting Rand Plastics' extensive range of products and solutions.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in conducting Sales Presentations and effectively showcasing product offerings to clients
  • Proven ability in Relationship Building and maintaining positive client and partner interactions
  • Experience in providing top-notch Customer Service to meet and exceed client expectations
  • Exceptional Communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage with diverse stakeholders
  • Demonstrated expertise in New Business Development and identifying revenue opportunities
  • Proficiency in using sales tools and CRM software is beneficial
  • Knowledge of the manufacturing or retail industries is an advantage
  • Self-motivation, results-oriented, and a track record of meeting sales targets
  • A valid driver's license and a willingness for local travel
