Impel Talent is supporting a global executive search and leadership advisory firm operating at the forefront of the life sciences and healthcare industries in seeking a Senior Executive Search Consultant. Our client partners with organisations at key inflection points, from emerging out of stealth to preparing for commercialization, helping them secure the leadership talent that drives success.

As a Senior Executive Delivery Consultant / Researcher, you will play a pivotal role in delivering senior-level executive search assignments. You will be responsible for in-depth research, candidate engagement, and the end-to-end delivery process, working closely with an international consulting team based in New York and London.

This is a delivery-focused role with emphasis on research, execution, and candidate relationships — not business development.

Your Responsibilities

  • Partner with the international team to deliver senior executive search projects across the life sciences and healthcare sectors.

  • Conduct detailed market research and mapping to identify, evaluate, and engage high-impact leaders.

  • Build trusted, long-term relationships with senior candidates, guiding them through career-defining transitions.

  • Deliver comprehensive shortlists through direct approaches, networking, and talent intelligence.

  • Manage the candidate journey: evaluation calls, interview preparation, feedback, and salary/offer discussions.

  • Provide market insights and talent intelligence to support strategic client conversations.

  • Support broader projects beyond executive search, including leadership advisory and board-related initiatives.
