Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive admin support for sales and training logistics/schedules.
  • Efficiently coordinate training: facilitator communication, logistics, timely materials.
  • Give daily feedback to head office
  • Incentives will be given for being proactive and taking the initiative to contact clients and book then in for training
  • Welcome students, maintain accurate administrative records (registers, certificates, petty cash, etc.).
