Intermediate Business Intelligence Analyst

What You'll Do:


Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Collect, clean, and analyze data from ERP, CRM, and other sources.
  • Build and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using
    Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik
    .
  • Present findings and actionable recommendations to senior stakeholders.


Business Insights

  • Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies to guide strategic decisions.
  • Translate complex data into clear, business-friendly insights.
  • Handle ad-hoc analysis requests from multiple business units.


BI Solution Development

  • Participate in designing and implementing BI solutions.
  • Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
  • Continuously improve reporting processes and tools for efficiency.


Stakeholder Engagement

  • Gather requirements and understand analytical needs from business users.
  • Provide training and support on BI tools and dashboards.
  • Communicate insights effectively to technical and non-technical audiences.


Data Governance & Quality

  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data used in reporting.
  • Document data sources, definitions, and methodologies for transparency.

What We're Looking For:

Minimum
3 years' experience
in BI, data analysis, or related field.

Proficiency in
Power BI, Tableau, Qlik
, and
SQL
.

Experience with
data modeling, ETL processes, and visualization techniques
.

Bachelor's degree in
Information Systems, Business, Mathematics
, or related discipline.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
