Position Overview

The Technical SEO Manager
is responsible for leading and executing technical SEO strategy across client accounts. This role works closely with development, content, analytics, and marketing teams to ensure websites are optimized for search engines, deliver excellent user experiences, and drive measurable business outcomes. You'll be the primary point of contact for all technical SEO initiatives, accountable for site health, organic performance, and compliance with best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

●     Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits and provide clear, actionable recommendations.

●     Optimize website architecture, crawlability, indexation, and structured data.

●     Monitor and improve Core Web Vitals and overall site performance.

●     Manage implementation of schema markup and structured data.

●     Partner with development teams to ensure SEO best practices are applied during site builds, migrations, and redesigns.

●     Ensure accurate analytics and tag management setup (GA4, GTM, etc.).

●     Develop and maintain SEO reporting dashboards to track KPIs.

●     Collaborate with content teams to align technical SEO with content strategy.

●     Identify and mitigate technical SEO risks that could impact rankings or visibility.

●     Stay current on search engine algorithm updates and industry trends.

Requirements

Must-Have:

● years of experience in Technical SEO and website optimisation.

●     Proficiency with SEO tools such as Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, Sitebulb.

●     Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, custom builds).

●     Experience optimizing Core Web Vitals and improving site speed.

●     Familiarity with GA4, GTM, Looker Studio, and analytics/reporting.

●     Proven success managing SEO projects for enterprise or high-traffic websites.

●     Strong analytical skills and ability to turn technical findings into actionable insights.

●     Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
