Carpet Roles UK are delighted to be assisting their clients, a leading Manufacturer and Supplier of Flooring Products to multiple market sectors across the UK in their plans to build their Commercial and Retail Sales Presence in various locations.

In this instance we are seeking a Retail Area Sales Manager to cover the North East Region of the UK.
 
Our clients have an enviable reputation and are market leaders in their target areas of:
 
·       Carpet
·       Resilient Flooring
·       Hard Flooring
·       Sector Specific Solutions (Wetroom Systems, Acoustic, Sports etc)
·       Accessories
 
And have multiple specialist Teams dealing with:
 
·       Trade and Distribution
·       Commercial
·       Architect and Design (Specification Sales)
·       Retail
·       Home
 
Retail Area Sales Manager Role:
We have Sales Roles available in both Retail and Commercial Teams and full Specification on the Roles and Responsibilities are available on request, the core purpose of the Retail roles being Pro-actively selling and Merchandising to our clients target Retail client base, bringing additional presence in the North East Region in this instance and supporting the National Sales Manager in building brand awareness and Sales through Retail and Distribution Channels.
 
You will therefore be a Flooring professional (or someone from a closely related market) with energy and enthusiasm looking to work with a fabulous brand and product range:
 
·       Excellent Sales and Presentation Skills.
·       Well organised and Professional.
·       Enthusiastic about Interiors and Flooring in particular.
·       Hungry to build Sales with New and Existing client base.
·       Accurate and diligent administrator.
·       Excellent knowledge of the Region and its Flooring Market, able to identify the best locations for our clients products and to maximise their presence therein.
 
In return our clients are offering a comprehensive package including:
 
·       Basic Salary in the Range £35-40k
·       Attractive Bonus Package in the region 25% of Basic for top performers.
·       Company Car (BMW Hybrid currently)
·       Company Pension Scheme (5%/3% Contributions)

· Days Hols in Year One rising to 25+8 after One Year.
