Are you an experienced Senior Accountant who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment? A leading hospitality group is looking for a detail oriented and strategic finance professional to oversee budgeting, management reporting, and cash flow planning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare monthly management accounts with accurate commentary and variance analysis.
  • Develop annual and quarterly financial budgets, forecasts, and long-term projections.
  • Manage cash flow planning, monitoring, and reporting to ensure financial stability.
  • Perform general ledger maintenance, reconciliations, and month-end close processes.
  • Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, banking, and asset management.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and company policies.
  • Analyze financial performance and provide insights to support business decisions.
  • Collaborate with operational teams to track revenue, cost control, and profitability across outlets or business units.
  • Assist with external audits, tax submissions, and statutory requirements.
  • Identify process improvements and implement more efficient financial workflows.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • BCom in Accounting or equivalent (essential).
  • 5–10 years' experience in a similar accounting role, preferably within the hospitality, hotel, or restaurant industry.
  • Strong experience in preparing budgets, management accounts, and cash flow reports.
  • Proficient in accounting software (Sage and Pastel) and advanced Excel skills.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Able to work independently, meet deadlines, and handle multiple priorities.
  • Highly detail-oriented with a proactive and solution-driven approach.
