Responsibilities:
  • Support the first line in leveraging ERM systems to identify, assess, and mitigate risks across all aspects of the division.
  • Coordinate divisional and functional risk assessment workshops.
  • Conduct deep dives into business-critical matters, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Implement risk mitigating measures and business continuity management.
  • Stay informed on emerging risks within internal and external environments.
  • Prepare and present risk reports to management forums and committees.
  • Maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, promoting a culture of risk awareness.
 
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Legal, Engineering, or Agricultural Economics.
  • 8-10 years of experience in enterprise risk management in sectors such as Supply Chain & Manufacturing, Agriculture, Mining, or Chemicals.
  • Proficiency in ERM systems and technology-driven risk management processes.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Knowledge of King IV reports on corporate governance and ISO 31000 frameworks.
