Applications are invited for the above-mentioned position to be based in the Cellar at the Adam Tas Cluster. The successful applicant will report to the Cellar Controller.

Key Performance Areas would include, but are not limited to:

Receiving and dispatch of product Drawing of samplesWine adjustmentsBlending activitiesOperation of machinery in cellar environment, ie Sheet filter, Crossflow, Centrifuge, Lenticular filter, Verlcorin units.StocktakingHousekeepingOther ad-hoc dutiesTPN participation

The successful candidate must have the following experience/skills:

Minimum Grade 12 Minimum of 1 - 3 years' experience within a cellar environmentBe able to work on heights and confined spacesBe able to work under pressureBe able to work shiftsMust be a team playerMust have reliable transport to and from work Be able to overtime and weekends
