We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Pre-Sales Support Agent to assist with the preparation and management of property listings.

This role requires excellent accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, experience working with online platforms, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring all property adverts are accurate, up to date, and meet company standards.
  • Uploading and managing property listings on the auction platform and other relevant sites.
  • Verifying property details, descriptions, and images to ensure high-quality listings.
  • Liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders to obtain necessary property information.
  • Assisting with pre-auction preparations, ensuring all required documentation is in place.
  • Monitoring listings for any errors or inconsistencies and making corrections as needed.
  • Supporting the sales team with administrative tasks related to property listings.
  • Keeping track of deadlines and ensuring timely updates to listings.

Key Skills:

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently under pressure.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to take initiative.
  • High level of organization and ability to meet deadlines.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience in property sales, real estate, or property administration advantageous
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise workload.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining strong team collaboration.
  • Proactive approach to identifying and solving administrative challenges.

Please note that this is an onsite role based in Foreshore, Cape Town - no hybrid available.

UK Hours will be applicable

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to R9 000,00 per month
