Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Western Cape, South Africa, for a Quality Specialist. The Quality Specialist will perform quality control inspections, ensure compliance with quality assurance standards, and conduct quality audits. Responsibilities include analyzing processes, maintaining records, overseeing adherence to industry regulations, and collaborating with teams to address quality concerns. The role involves ensuring product and service excellence while continuously improving organizational quality management systems.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Quality Control and Quality Assurance processes
  • Proficient in Quality Auditing and maintaining compliance standards
  • Strong Analytical Skills for problem-solving and process improvement
  • Excellent Communication skills for collaboration and reporting
  • Familiarity with quality management systems and industry standards is a plus
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Relevant qualifications or certifications in quality management or related fields are advantageous
  • Experience in industrial, marine, or engineering sectors is highly desirable
