HR Intern

· Assist in compiling of the Workplace Skills Plan
· Assist with recruitment: Ensure roles are advertised both internally and externally on the appropriate recruitment platforms, screening CVs, scheduling interviews
· Provide assistance with monthly HR and Training reports, timeously and ensure accuracy
· Ensure effective and efficient management and coordination of meetings
· Help coordinate training sessions and employee engagement initiatives
· Assist with organising of training events
· Provide general administrative support across HR and Training functions
· Ensure that training invoices are up to date
· Maintain and update employee records and HR systems
· Ensure that all workflow and work procedures are documented, and that appropriate audits are conducted to ensure data management integrity
· Ensure all employees movements are tracked and the necessary paperwork is completed for promotions and transfers
· Coordinate resignations and ensure the necessary paperwork is received and submitted to payroll timeously
· Assist in ad-hoc projects and tasks, performing research and maintaining records
· Capture all training information on the HR system
· Conduct onboarding and induction training
