The Opportunity

You'll act as the
strategic partner and execution arm to the founders
, driving clarity, systems, and delivery across the company's most important priorities; from strategy and fundraising to performance, communications, and special projects.

Think of it as part strategist, part operator, part problem-solver, learning from the inside what it takes to build and scale a global mission-first tech venture.

What You'll Do

You'll work directly with the founders to
drive strategy, execution, and organisational alignment
across the business. From building financial models and investor materials to leading OKR planning and performance reviews, you'll turn vision into action.

You'll
own high-impact projects end-to-end;
spanning pricing, delivery models, AI integration, and operational efficiency, while designing the systems and processes that keep a fast-scaling, global organisation running smoothly.

This role also involves
cross-functional coordination
, ensuring teams, partners, and agencies are aligned and executing effectively on shared priorities.

Who You Are

  • 3–6 years maximum experience
    in consulting, investment banking, venture building, or high-growth startups.
  • A
    strong analytical and quantitative thinker
    , fluent in financial modelling and business analysis.
  • Naturally structured, proactive, and independent, comfortable working with senior leadership.
  • Excellent communicator with a high bar for clarity, precision, and detail.
  • Equally comfortable switching between strategic planning and hands-on execution.
  • Cross-culturally fluent, adaptable, and calm under pressure — thriving in ambiguity and fast change.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong EQ, not just a planner, but a builder.
