Introduction

Our client, a fast-paced and innovative organisation within the Fintech sector, is seeking a highly organised, proactive Executive Assistant to provide top-level support to the executive team. This role requires exceptional coordination, attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate needs in a dynamic, tech-driven environment.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage complex travel arrangements, including international and local flights, accommodation, visas, and ground transport.
  • Prepare detailed itineraries and logistics plans for business travel and off-site events.
  • Schedule and manage meetings, coordination of diaries, and appointments
  • Occasionally take accurate minutes of meetings, track action items, and follow up on deliverables.
  • Support with IT and technical requirements (e.g., device setups, connectivity needs for travel or meetings).
  • Liaise with the Procurement Manager to ensure that office resources and equipment are available and well maintained.
  • Arrange lunch for the CEO when required.
  • Prepare and format presentations, correspondence, and reports for senior management.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive business information.
  • Liaise across departments and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and execution of priorities.
Desired Experience & Qualification
  • Driver's licence + own vehicle.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years' experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role supporting senior executives.
  • Prior experience in a fast-paced, tech or fintech environment will be advantageous.
  • Excellent time management, planning, and multitasking skills.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Teams, and related business tools.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to coordinate IT-related support or troubleshooting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to maintain composure, discretion, and efficiency under pressure.
