Join our global finance team as an Intercompany Billing Coordinator, where precision, collaboration, and international impact drive every transaction.
As an Intercompany Billing Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth financial operations between our global entities. This position is at the heart of our international finance function, responsible for executing accurate and timely billing transactions that comply with both internal policies and international accounting standards. You'll collaborate closely with regional finance teams to maintain data integrity, resolve discrepancies, and support key financial processes.

Your day-to-day will involve generating and issuing invoices, reconciling accounts, and maintaining organized records of all intercompany transactions. You'll also contribute to month-end and year-end close activities, assist with internal audits, and help identify opportunities to streamline and improve billing processes. This is a dynamic role that requires precision, strong communication skills, and a proactive mindset.

We're looking for someone with a background in accounting or finance, ideally with experience in intercompany billing and familiarity with ERP systems like SAP. Key Skills & Competencies

  • Academic Foundation: A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a cognate discipline, or demonstrable equivalent professional experience.
  • Professional Expertise: Proven exposure to billing, accounting, or finance functions; prior intercompany billing experience considered advantageous.
  • Technical Acumen: Proficiency in ERP platforms, with SAP familiarity highly desirable, alongside advanced competence in Microsoft Excel for data interrogation and analysis.
  • Precision and Organisation: Exceptional attention to detail in financial transaction processing, coupled with the ability to maintain meticulous and structured records.
  • Interpersonal and Adaptive Capability: Articulate communication skills for cross-departmental and international collaboration, and resilience within a dynamic, globalised business environment.
  • Value-Add Experience: Prior involvement in audit support and process optimisation initiatives, with awareness of foreign currency transactions and fundamental transfer pricing principles regarded as beneficial.
