Job Description

Stakeholder Management: Actively promote and manage the collaborative engagement of internal and external stakeholders, including regulators, suppliers, clients, service providers, business partners and other Absa entities. | Customer service and retention action: Make use of the Financial Needs Analysis tool (standardised format) provided to conduct a comprehensive risk evaluation for the client. | Discuss various possible solutions and options available with the client and thereafter recommend the most appropriate solution(s) to address any gaps. | Generate and discuss the appropriate solution in writing (quotation) with the client, complete the necessary. | Compliance and Risk Management: Determine reasons for the problems.

Regulatory Exam for Representatives (RE5)
Experience As Per the FAIS Act
Product Specific Training once Onboarded
