About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Recruitment Specialist to help us attract, engage, and hire top talent. In this role, you'll be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates while ensuring a positive candidate experience. You'll collaborate closely with hiring managers and contribute to building a strong talent pipeline that supports the organization's growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and manage candidate pipelines
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and interview processes
  • Promote the company culture and participate in employer branding initiatives
  • Track recruitment metrics and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
  • Maintain relationships with candidates and build a strong talent network

Qualifications & Skills

  • Strong understanding of recruitment practices and talent sourcing tools (preferred)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized with strong time management abilities
  • Results-driven and proactive approach to recruitment (preferred)
  • Ability to build relationships and network effectively
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality

  • Candidate satisfaction and pipeline strength

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: R6 000,00 - R8 000,00 per month
