AI Solutions Engineer (QA & Prototyping) (Call Centre BPO)

Key Responsibilities:

Our client in the BPO industry is looking for a 
multifaceted AI professional
who thrives at the intersection of 
quality assurance, AI development, and client collaboration
. In this role, you'll ensure the reliability of their AI solutions while designing and building 
prototypes, proof-of-concepts (POCs), and automation workflows
 that drive measurable business value.

Required Qualifications:

  • Design, build, and test small-scale AI prototypes and automation workflows.
  • Experiment with 
    LLMs, APIs, and conversational AI platforms
     to validate use cases.
  • Develop and execute 
    manual and automated test plans
     for bots, APIs, and integrations.
  • Analyze training data and system outputs to identify trends, gaps, and improvement areas.
  • Implement 
    monitoring, compliance, and fallback strategies
     for AI systems.
  • Collaborate with developers, stakeholders, and clients to translate technical insights into business impact.

Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in 
    Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science
    , or related field.
  • Min 3 years solid experience with 
    QA methodologies
     and automation tools (Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Appium).
  • Strong knowledge of 
    API testing
     (Postman, Karate, RestAssured).
  • Hands-on experience with 
    conversational AI platforms
     (Amazon Lex, Salesforce Einstein Bots, Voiceflow, etc.) and 
    AI/LLM APIs
     (OpenAI, Anthropic, ElevenLabs).
  • QA certifications (ISTQB) or Agile certifications (Scrum/SAFe).
  • Proficiency in 
    data analysis tools
     (SQL, Python/Pandas).
  • Familiarity with 
    cloud environments
     (AWS, Azure, GCP), 
    CI/CD
    , and 
    scripting
     (Python, Bash).
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with clients.
  • Business acumen to connect AI capabilities to 
    ROI and operational outcomes
    .
  • Fluency in English (C1+).
