The Opportunity: HR Analyst

We're looking for an
HR Analyst
to transform complex workforce data into actionable insights that support strategic decision-making across the People and Culture function. You'll work closely with
senior leaders, HR teams, and cross-functional stakeholders
to drive workforce effectiveness, enhance employee experience, and embed a data-driven culture within HR.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse data from HR systems (e.g., recruitment, performance, learning, engagement, payroll) to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Translate complex data into meaningful insights that support strategic People and Culture decisions.
  • Design, build, and maintain engaging dashboards and reports using tools like
    Power BI
    ,
    Excel
    , and
    Workday
    .
  • Forecast workforce trends such as attrition, engagement, and performance outcomes.
  • Maintain HR data quality and governance frameworks to ensure accuracy and compliance.

What You'll Need to Succeed

Experience

  • 3 – 5 years' experience in data analysis, reporting, or workforce analytics within a People and Culture / HR environment.
  • Proven experience as a Human Resources Analyst.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and data management best practices.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, statistical methods, and visualisation tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for executive-level reporting.
  • Workday HCM and Reporting experience is advantageous.

Education

  • Relevant Tertiary Qualification.

Technical Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Experience with dashboard and reporting tools (Power BI, Workday, Excel).
