THE ROLE: BRANCH MANAGER / PRINCIPAL (SECOND IN COMMAND)

We're on the lookout for a strong leader to join our Western Seaboard branch — someone with experience, drive, and heart.

You'll be stepping into a senior role alongside our Head Principal, helping manage the day-to-day of the branch, mentoring agents, and driving growth.

This is the perfect opportunity for someone who's already established in real estate but ready to take the next step. You'll build a team, make an impact, and still stay connected to the sales side of the business.

Location: Blouberg, Western Seaboard (Full-time, on-site, Monday to Friday)

You'll have flexibility for meetings and viewings as needed.

Our branch covers Milnerton and Century City through to Melkbosstrand, with our second branch handling everything beyond that up to Velddrif.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Leadership and Growth

• Mentor and train our intern agents to become confident, successful professionals.

• Actively recruit new talent who fit our culture and want to grow with us.

• Guide and motivate the team to reach their full potential, both professionally and personally.

Branch Operations

• Assist with the day-to-day running of the office and everything that comes with it.

• Help with compliance, processes, and ensuring smooth operations when the Principal is away.

• Work closely with leadership to grow the branch and explore new opportunities.

Sales and Strategy

• Keep your hand in the game with your own key sales (around 20% of your time).

• Help agents close deals through mentorship and support.

• Be part of shaping our overall growth strategy and long-term goals.

Culture and Team Spirit

• Keep the energy in the office alive, positive, and people-focused.

• A Full Status Agent with NQF 5 and PDE 5 qualifications.

• Someone who knows the real estate industry inside and out.

• Someone who brings energy, passion, and a genuine love for the industry.

basic salary
, plus:

• Commission on your own sales

• Commission split on your team of intern agents
