What The Role Delivers
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented
Senior Data Analyst
to join our team. This role bridges data analytics, business process management, and project coordination. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to understand reporting requirements, design effective data solutions, and support continuous improvement across data management and reporting functions.

You will play a critical role in ensuring data accuracy, driving insights, managing documentation, and contributing to master data management (MDM) and data governance efforts. Key
Responsibilities
In order of relative importance

• Partner with internal stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business and reporting requirements.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using tools such as Power BI, Excel, or Tableau.
• Create mock-ups, process flow diagrams, and documentation to translate business needs into actionable solutions.
• Maintain and update data documentation, business glossaries, and reporting guides to support governance and transparency.
• Participate in and sometimes lead project management activities—tracking deliverables, timelines, and milestones.
• Support Master Data Management (MDM) initiatives, including data cleanup, validation, and maintenance of data integrity across systems.
• Identify gaps or inefficiencies in existing processes and propose enhancements or automation opportunities.
• Collaborate with IT, data governance, and business teams to improve data accessibility, visibility, and quality.
• Provide ad hoc analysis and insights to support decision-making and strategic initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with data standards, governance frameworks, and reporting best practices.

What The Job Requires

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a data analyst, business analyst, or similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to translate business questions into data insights.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and at least one data visualization tool (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
• Working knowledge of SQL for data extraction and analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Proficiency in English, additional languages are an advantage
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for documentation and project coordination.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

• Experience with Master Data Management (MDM) tools and data governance frameworks.
• Familiarity with process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, or similar).
• Exposure to data quality, lineage, and metadata management practices.
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, or MS Project).
• Knowledge of database structures, ETL processes, or automation tools (e.g., Power Automate, Alteryx).
• Experience working in a collaborative Agile product team
